byebye money !! ;_;

Been having fun lately :) Like Pang said, the dinner on Tuesday was good ... but we were abit late :) And apart from the fact it was expensive as hell ... we all had a good time :) I have some pics, but they are oldschool (ie, I need to develop them first); I'll figure out where to upload some pics.

Wednesday (yesterday) was James' going away bbq, was quite good except for a big excess of food :p And also, it's hard to eat steaks with plastic knives and forks ... !! We went to Kings Park ... heaps of ppl came to bbq, fun !! Haven't had a big bbq like this since 2 yrs ago in first year :p

Then ... last nite we went to Karaoke. The night started off kindof stupid because we didn't know what was happening ... we were going to go to Chorus Club, but all the rooms were full. At the time I was like wtf ... I asked her 'can we have a room for 12 people ?' and she says 'no.' .. I was like, do you want our business or not ...

Anyway, in the end we ended up going to Seoul Karaoke on Aberdeen st, haven't been there for AGES O_o It was better than I expected too :) Started off abit slow .. but got fun once we pulled out the bottle of Johnny Walker ;) I couldn't drink that much because I was driving, but drank enough for fun ! :) Then we went to eat supper ... ended up getting home at 4am. Then played Need for Speed Underground until 6am O_o Didn't notice the time ..

Stuff should be slowing down soon once everyone goes -_- At least the money will be safe ;)

Finally got admin access... Blogspot a bit slow to update settings. -_- I then messed about with templates a bit, screwed up colours, and now can't change it back because it being slow to update again. :P

Why 3/4 jacket? Seems pointless!

Today I went to work as usual. Full-time so tiring. :( I been sleeping only 6 hours. Somehow I thought that was the "normal" required sleep, but it's actually 8. Oops. :D Was wondering why I was looking so tired.....

last week of holidays ... x_x

I'm really looking forward to starting work on Monday (1st Dec), but .... somehow I will miss having 3 months of boring holidays :) I guess there is nothing much that I'll be missing out on in Perth .. seeing as 90% of the people I know are going away for holiday >_<

Speaking of which ... IRC will be really quiet soon ! I wonder what I will fill my spare time with .. ;)

What did I do recently .... hrmm ... on Saturday night I ended up going clubbing !! Went to dinner with some friends, went to someone's house and drank .. then ... clubbing :D In the meantime ... my computer was sitting at the LAN ... oh well :p Got back there at about 6am, everyone was asleep ?? Grr ... so I just leeched some stuff from Pang and then went home. Sunday we had dinner at Little Creatures .. it was alrite, but the pizza was abit plain O_o Potato or something. The beer was quite nice though :) Then we watched some korean movie, 'Marrying the Mafia' or something .. typical of the korean gangster movies I've been seeing lately :)

Then .. yesterday on Monday, we all went for lunch, then went to garbo for shopping. Bum the rest of the day :p

And now going out for dinner tonite ! Packed schedule ... need to fit in some sleep somewhere O_o

Ray is crazy drinker! I don't think I can drink so much... anymore -_- But I guess that will need to temporarily change when on my 21st. At the beginning of next year. I feel so old... I am thinking maybe just go to Karaoke or something and drink away.

Or I could have a "multiplayer LAN and watch Star Trek until morning". (just kidding... but then again there is always some truth in every joke.........)

I got work today at Nautronix. A bit of a shakey start, due to some minor problems with the contract. But the guys there are really nice and it was all settled by the afternoon of the same day. I'm really looking forward to working there! This will be my first "real" software development job. I already know someone there, so I won't be a lonely new person either. :P

Wonder if I'll have time to write blogs and stuff. Full-time... I can't go out during the day anymore. Gotta be like a typical old person and only go out on Sat/Sundays or something. :(

Anyway, I'll figure out how to add a link to my homepage, and play around with blog thing a bit more before I go do other stuff. I got a new hard drive (Western Digital 80GB - WD80JB or something)! It's 10 times bigger than my current one... I can install big games (Wolfenstein and Never Winter Nights), without worrying about space anymore. -_- I'll move my old one to the FreeBSD box for holding more MP3's. :P Ray thinks it might be crappy drive, because he had same one except 120GB version, and it broke. Pretty badly as well I think... twice even?

I might just go the whole nerd-way and create a Logical Volume so that the four harddrives in the BSD box will become one big "virtual" one. Should be more than enough space for my music... I'm a bit worried though. All my hard drives are so old... one is going to break soon. -_- I better get some backups happening eventually.

Ok, first real post ...

What did I do today .. nothing much really. Last nite went to Metros for function, not bad ... alrite packed, but closed pretty early. Started drinking early and so might be a bit confused :p Bacardi 151 .. that stuff killed me x_X 75% is abit too much for a shot !!

Hmm, got home about 4:30 .. couldn't sleep until 5 >_< then woke up at 11 .. had lunch, bummed around until now basically :p So lazy !! Holidays mood hasn't really 'hit' me yet, I guess it will when everyone has gone away ;_;

More updates later if I get off my ass and do something interesting :P

Hi everyone ...

Just testing out this Blogger thing .. hopefully we can all use it to make a wicked collaborative blog :p Expect it to be filled up with the stuff that we did, whatever we talking about on IRC ... or whatever really.
